Our AGM has always been our main reporting, information, and social event of the year and, while we remain restricted from hosting an in-person event at this time, we are doing the next best thing for members and supporters by conducting it online.
Although there will be no guest speaker following the AGM itself, there will be the opportunity to hear from the Committee about our recent activities, the issues currently confronting the Lagoon, and about our plans for the future. We will answer questions from the floor and hope to have nominations for new Committee members to help our work in the coming year.
To those many members who normally wait to renew their membership each year at the AGM, can we ask you to please renew online here or by posting your renewal ($10 per household, $5 concession) to P.O. Box 380 Freshwater NSW 2096. A strong register of paid-up members is our Association's best credential whenever we need to stand and speak up in the interests of the Lagoon.
