How important that a tradition exists for this?
What else does the Association offer its members in return for their membership fee?
"Merry Christmas & Happy New Year" or "Seasons Greetings"?
Is cost of production a reason to stop?
Any volunteers to continue doing this work?
If ceasing the practice, are members to be informed beforehand and how?
In which year would card giving cease?
Having a reliable postal address for a member can be problematic resulting in delivery failure. Members are unlikely to notify change of address. Address may not be captured when joining if member just quick-pays without completing application form. Also, people nowadays less comfortable to provide their home address - isn't email alone sufficient?
