Questions

  1. Do members appreciate receiving a unique, personally addressed card from their Association at Xmas time?

  2. How important that a tradition exists for this?

  3. What else does the Association offer its members in return for their membership fee?

  4. "Merry Christmas & Happy New Year" or "Seasons Greetings"?

  5. Is cost of production a reason to stop?

  6. Any volunteers to continue doing this work?

  7. If ceasing the practice, are members to be informed beforehand and how?

  8. In which year would card giving cease?

Having a reliable postal address for a member can be problematic resulting in delivery failure. Members are unlikely to notify change of address. Address may not be captured when joining if member just quick-pays without completing application form. Also, people nowadays less comfortable to provide their home address - isn't email alone sufficient?
